19 May 2005 :: 'Revenge of the Sith' Charity Premiere

Monday 16th saw the Star Wars Episode 3 Charity Premiere in Newmarket, Auckland. Click on the thumbnails for pics of the Outpost-42 501st members in action, along with the celebrity Star Wars guests Jay Laga'aia, Keisha Castle-Hughes, and Bodie Taylor. This was not just an opportunity to see 'Revenge of the Sith' a few days prior to the general release, but was, for the benefit of charity, a full-on choreographed extravaganza in a venue packed to capacity with eager fans. The Charity Premiere was organised by Variety � The Children�s Charity, and the event price included drinks, food, pre-movie entertainment, and Burger King Star Wars collectibles for all participants! And for the Outpost-42 members, it was the biggest get-together of costumed Imperial characters ever seen in New Zealand.

This will be a day long remembered...
